Stone-oven baked, these baguettes are crispy on the outside, yet soft on the inside and are able to hold the juices of sandwich fillings without making the crust soggy.

Our baguettes contain only four ingredients. No GMOs, no chemicals [conditioners, preservatives], no added sugar, unbleached flour.

We are especially proud of the unique flour that we use. Specially chosen by our chef, but also a secret blend of different strains of Canadian wheat. Some say that it is this blending of various strains that helps our baguettes achieve their remarkable taste and unique character.
