Spinach Portabella Mushrooms

Fry 1 cup of spinach until tender, add 4 large sliced portabella mushrooms for another 2-3 min., and sprinkle garlic, salt, and black pepper. Cut baguette in half, spread Vidalia dressing on both sides, and layer the spinach and mushrooms. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 5-8 minutes.
