Falafel Mediterranean

Bake baguettes for 8-10 min. Dice Israeli salad- 2 tomatoes, 1 green pepper, 1 cucumber, 1 purple onion, add lemon juice, oil, salt and vinegar. Fry French fries, Fry 1 small eggplant circle sliced and deep fry falafel balls. Layer salad, French fries and eggplant on the baguette then place falafel balls and drizzle techina over Falafel.
